Prof Dr Mohamad Rusop received the Ph. D. degree from Nagoya Institute of Technology (NITech), Nagoya, Japan. He was an engineer from 1989 -1997 in Japan. His research interests currently in Opto-electronic Devices Fabrication & Nanotechnology; and Nanotechnology for Renewable Energy. He has published more than 1178 publications and has h-index of 37 (Scopus).

Prof Dr Noor Aziah Mohd Awal is attached at Faculty of Law, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her alma mater is from University of Kent and University of Essex. She started her career as a tutor in 1985, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Student and Alumni Affairs and Dato' Onn Residential College Master. She also served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for two years (1994-1995) and Coordinator for Masters in Intellectual Property Law from 2005-2010. She was appointed the first Children's Commissioner of Malaysia at SUHAKAM currently the Deputy Chairperson of SUHAKAM.
