Flow of Registration and Conference Fees


  1. Registration must be done through http://submit.confbay.com/conf/icrest2025

  2. The invoice for your registration fee will be generated upon the acceptance of your abstract.

  • An Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply for manuscripts selected for publication in certain Scopus-indexed journals.
  • The conference is free for non-presenting participants and will be available for public viewing on UiTM’s YouTube Channel.

Important:

  • Please indicate your Paper ID in the Student / Staff / Participant ID and Designation sections.
  • Please select “non-citizen” for the International (non-Malaysian) Presenter.
  • For non-citizens from Malaysian institutions, you may select "Malaysian Citizen".

Proof of payment:

Upload the Proof of Payment via http://submit.confbay.com/conf/icrest2025 by following these steps:

  1. Log in
  2. Navigate to My Payment
  3. Select Upload Proof of Payment
  4. Click Upload & SAVE



Participation Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

Please note that in the event of cancellation, withdrawal, no-show, or similar circumstances, no refund will be provided by the Organiser of the I-CReST 2025 Virtual Conference.
