Professor Dr. Tetsuo Soga received the Ph. D. degree from Nagoya University in 1987. He was a research associate from 1987 to 1992 and an associate professor from 1992 to 2005 at Nagoya Institute of Technology. From 2005 he has been a professor of Nagoya Institute of Technology. He has published more than 400 peer-reviewed publications and has h-index of 44 (Scopus). His current research deals with nanostructured materials for energy conversion device.
