Flow of Registration and Conference Fees

1. Registration must be done through http://submit.confbay.com/conf/icrest2023
   
   
2. The invoice for your registration fee will be generated upon the acceptance of your abstract

• An additional charge, i.e. the Article Processing Charge (APC), may be imposed by certain Scopus indexed journals (for the selected manuscripts).
• The conference is free for other interested participants (non-presenters) and will be available for public viewing on UiTM’s YouTube Channel.

3. Two modes of payment: 
   1. UiTM FinePay: https://uitmpay.uitm.edu.my/otherservices/products/AA05/02/1486

       

      Important:

      • Please indicate your Paper ID in the Student / Staff / Participant ID and Designation sections.
      • Please select “non-citizen” for the International (non-Malaysian) Presenter.

       

2. ConfBay Online Payment Gateway: http://submit.confbay.com/conf/icrest2023

   A 5% administrative fee will be charged on top of the conference fee and this amount will NOT be stated in the official receipt of the conference.  

   To pay Online / Credit Card > Login > My Payment > Pay Now > Select Type of Payment - Online Payment > Click on "Pay Now". 

   You will receive a Payment Confirmation email immediately after the payment is successfully made.

   Note: The name of the registered presenter will be stated on the generated receipt.

    

4. You are required to upload the “Proof of Payment” into the system via http://submit.confbay.com/conf/icrest2023.

   Log in > My Payment > Upload Proof of Payment > Upload & SAVE.
